To all users of the Artificial Pitches at Harborough Town FC:

The club expects to complete the refurbishment of the older artificial pitch in a fortnight, giving our club two very high-quality artificial pitches for users to enjoy.  The cost of the refurbishment was £160,000 and the community trust would like to thank Harborough District Council and the Market Harborough & Bowden’s Charity for their financial support that has enabled the project to be undertaken.

The club already has a footwear policy for all users of our artificial pitches as detailed below.  This policy applies to ALL USERS for either artificial pitch.  Users will not be allowed access to either pitch unless fully compliant with the requirements and boots MUST be clean with no mud.

It is the responsibility of HTFC coaches to ensure that visiting teams are aware of the requirements and to ensure compliance on match days.

For all other users, the organiser or coach is responsible for ensuring that users are made aware of the policy in advance of visiting the facility and that compliance is undertaken.

The club will be undertaking spot checks throughout the season to ensure that users are respecting the footwear policy.  It is essential that we all take responsibility in looking after our facility and equipment so that it lasts as long as possible.

Your co-operation and assistance would be very much appreciated.
