Harborough Town FC is an FA Charter Standard Community Club and a Nike Partner Club which is a volunteer-led not for profit charitable trust, can trace its roots back to the season of 1975/76 and has been at its current location since the 1990s. The club provides the opportunity to play and enjoy football for the community with teams representation from u5s through to adult. With in excess of 50 teams registered, we also have a vibrant growing number of female teams as well as walking football and Inclusive players.

Our first team plays in the United Counties League Premier Division which is at Step five of the FA National League System, just five promotions away from the English Football League, whilst the 45 teams from under 5 to under 18 for boys and girls play in the Leicestershire Youth Leagues, where applicable

All of the coaches in the club are qualified to the minimum of the FA Level one and many have achieved the level two and three qualifications, as well as other FA qualifications. All have undertaken the safeguarding checks required by the Football Association.

Harborough Town has some of the finest grassroots football facilities in the country with ten grass pitches, and a floodlight artificial grass pitch. The Facilities will be further enhanced in August 2018 when the club will see the completion of a £800,000 project funded through the Premier League and FA Facilities Fund, The Football Stadia Improvement Fund both delivered through the Football Foundation and Harborough District Council to convert the main club pitch into a Stadia quality artificial pitch, install hard standing on the rugby club side of the ground and provide a new car park to the front and side of the clubhouse building.

The club has two high-quality lounges both with bars and a small meeting room, all of which can be hired for Weddings Parties and other events

The club is also home to the Cherry Tree FC, The Royalists FC, Market Harborough Church FC and the Brooke House Football Academy and also provides pay and play recreational football.

Harborough Town is entering the most exciting time in its history with the investment in the development of its facility, and having secured a 50-year lease with Harborough District Council the future for the Club has never looked so bright.

The club has a clear vision to provide a friendly community football club which is accessible to players of all ages and abilities and to provide facilities of the highest quality that can be used for a wide and diverse range of community activities
