Vacancies & Volunteering

Be Part of Something Bigger

Grassroots football is built on the dedication of volunteers, and at Harborough Town FC, they're at the heart of everything we do.

With over 100 volunteers supporting more than 50 teams, our club relies on the passion, commitment and generosity of people from across our community.

Whether it's on the pitch or behind the scenes, every volunteer plays an important role in making Harborough Town FC a welcoming, inclusive and successful club.

Why Volunteer With Us?

Volunteering is a fantastic way to make a difference, meet new people and become part of the Harborough Town family.

There are opportunities to get involved in a variety of areas, including:

Coaching & Team Support – Helping players develop and enjoy their football.

Matchday Operations – Supporting the smooth running of fixtures and events.

Club Administration – Assisting with the organisation and day-to-day running of the club.

Community Activities – Supporting events and initiatives that bring people together.

Work Placements – Gaining practical experience as part of college or university studies.

Whether you have a few hours to spare or can offer more regular support, your contribution can make a real difference.

Safeguarding & Welfare

The safety and wellbeing of our players, volunteers and wider club community is a priority.

All volunteers working in eligible roles with children and young people must complete an appropriate FA DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check in line with The FA's safeguarding requirements, legislation and government guidance.
