Harborough Town Football Club can confirm that Danny Newton has returned to the Beehive following the conclusion of his loan spell with Brackley Town.
Newton made 13 appearances during his time at Brackley, gaining valuable game time during an important period of the campaign. The club would like to thank Brackley for their cooperation throughout the loan spell.
The forward now returns to the Bees and will be looking to add to the four goals he scored earlier in the season, as Harborough continue their push for promotion in the Southern League Premier Central.
Speaking on Danny’s return, Bees Manager Mitch Austin said:
“Danny comes back to us with plenty of game time under his belt and that’s exactly what we wanted for him. He knows how important he can be for us between now and the end of the season.
We’ve built a strong, competitive squad, and Danny’s experience and quality only adds to that. It’s a busy run-in and we’ll need everyone ready to contribute.”
Welcome back, Danny 👊🐝
