🐝 BTEC Education National Level 3 Diploma Course at Harborough Town FC 🐝
Harborough Town are pleased to announce a new partnership with Advanced Coaching & Education Programme, who are delivering the BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development at Harborough Town FC. With the success of the First Team reaching the 2nd round of the FA Cup, and the Emerging Talent Programme reaching 150 players over eight age groups, we now have further exciting news that relates to developing a bespoke football education programme offering studies in a National Education BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sport.
This is a two-year academic programme, where students study a national recognised Sports BTEC Course, equivalent to three A Levels whilst combining playing football competitively during the week as part of our highly successful emerging talent programme, a pathway leading to our U23s and the 1st team who play at Step 3 in the FA National System.
We are holding an Open Day Practical Session, delivered by Joe Jarvis, one of our U18s Emerging Talent Coaches who was an academy player at Northampton Town FC. Joe graduated through the BTEC Scholarship at Northampton Town to then be able to attend, University at Bath. Joe is currently coaching at Northampton Town Academy.

Players to bring: football kit, shinpads, footwear to artificial surface, water bottle. (GK – gloves).
Parents are allowed to attend and listen to a short presentation and watch the session.
