O'Sullivan

Riley O’Sullivan joined the Bees set up in 2024 after his move from Spalding United. The Coventry born striker has been an instrumental part of the team’s attacking third since arriving. O’Sullivan is best known for his physicality on the ball and taking on his defenders. Riley thrives on being a nuisance for his opponents and capitalising on their mistakes.

His strategy has certainly been effective for the Bees after claiming the top goal scorer spot last season. The bagsman netted 13 league goals in Harborough Town’s title winning season and has scored some important FA Cup goals during his time with the club. One of his most memorable goals was against Reading in the Second Round Proper of the FA Cup. This goal reclaimed the lead for the Bees against the League One side. Another special cup goal from Riley was scoring the opener against Stourbridge in a 4-2 FA Cup thriller.

In terms of his time before Harborough, Riley O’Sullivan has made a steady climb up the football pyramid. He began his push for first team football after playing for Mansfield u18s. The left footed forward then spent a significant amount of time at Step 3 with teams such as Hednesford, Redditch United and Stratford Town. Promotion for the Bees has meant that Riley was given the chance to prove himself in Step 2. He has settled in well, currently having 3 goals under his belt.
