Harborough Town FC are looking for a friendly, reliable and committed Volunteer First Team Kit Manager to join our first-team setup for the 2026/27 season.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a welcoming football club and play an important role behind the scenes, supporting our players and coaching staff throughout our first-ever season in the National League North.
The role is voluntary and offers the chance to gain valuable experience within a first-team football environment.
The Role
As our Volunteer Kit Manager, you’ll help ensure the team is fully prepared for every training session and matchday by:
– Preparing and organising playing kit and training equipment
– Assisting with first-team matchday and training evening preparations
– Supporting the players and management team behind the scenes
– Helping maintain a professional and organised first-team environment
We’re Looking for Someone Who
– Is organised and dependable
– Enjoys working as part of a team
– Has a positive, proactive attitude
– Has an interest in football (previous experience isn’t essential)
– Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality within a football environment
