The club is proud to announce that our Women’s team coach Harry Fordham has been shortlisted in the Harborough Community Awards, recognising his contribution to the growth of women’s football in the local area. At just 21 years old, Harry has dedicated his time to developing Harborough Town Women into a competitive side which has elevated the profile of team and inspired a surge of local interest – opening doors for collaborations with local businesses, charities, and other community groups.
With support from the club and Harborough Town Women Managers, Lou Clark and Loreen Herzig, Harry has helped create an environment where players of all abilities can thrive – aligning with HTFC’s mission to create a safe, welcoming club that’s accessible to all. Inspiring growth both on and off the pitch, Harry has implemented an inclusive training model that allows players of all levels to train together, balancing competitive goals with a welcoming social environment driving sustainable development for women’s football in the community.
The Harborough Community Awards take place on Thursday 5th December.
