Harborough Town were at their ruthless best as the Bees set themselves up for their play-off campaign with a 6-0 demolition of Loughborough Dynamo.

The home side raced into the lead as Tendai Daire tapped the ball home from close range before Luis Rose doubled the scoring, beating Josh Mee with a clinical finish.

Kai Tonge added his name to the scoresheet by converting the penalty that he won with 25 minutes on the clock to put Harborough firmly in control at half-time.

It was then Jordon Crawford’s turn to step up to the penalty spot after half-time, with the forward coolly chipping the ball down the middle for Harborough’s fourth.

Daire would then go on to notch another from close range before completing his hattrick with a powerful finish that left Mee helpless in the Loughborough net.
