Sutton Coldfield Town’s James Tague scored a brace as his side edged league leaders Harborough Town in a five-goal thriller.
The visitors started the game with intent and got themselves in the lead as Tague unleased a left-footed half-volley that bulged the back of the net.
The striker would go on to hit the crossbar with an audacious shot from the halfway line, before Kyle Byrne doubled the lead by slotting past Elliott Taylor.
Harborough got out of the traps early in the second half and within ten minutes of the restart, found themselves level.
Amar Sandhu’s powerful drive got the Bees back into the game and Alex Morris levelled the score as he rifled his shot home.
The comeback for the resurgent home side was nearly complete through Jake Duffy’s freekick, but a stretching Jonathan Brown managed to keep the effort out by tipping it round the post.
More chances were exchanged between the two sides, but Tague would go on to have the final say by stroking the ball into the bottom corner to claim all three points.
