Mitch Austin – Manager
Harborough Town are pleased to confirm after much interest from other clubs that Manager Mitch Austin has agreed an improved contract and will be staying at the helm of HTFC as we embark on a new season in the Northern Premier League Midlands Division.
Chairman Pete Dougan commented that he was delighted to secure the services of one of the best young managers around. “Mitch has given nothing but 100% commitment since arriving at this football club 18 months ago, and showed why he is one of the hottest properties around in non-league football. The club don’t know yet just how lucky they are to have Mitch at the club as his desire and passion will keep driving this great club forward
Ben Williams – Captain
The club is extremely proud to announce that club captain and local Harborough lad Ben Williams has signed an extension to his contract that will keep him at the Beehive for a further 12 months with an option of a further year extension!
This is fantastic for the club, and for Ben himself, and shows the continued commitment and belief we have in our captain. Ben has been immense for us on and off the field for the past 9 years and was instrumental in the teams’ fantastic defensive record last season – further confirmed by being named step 5 defender of the year!“
